KV331 Audio has announced an update to its flagship modular synthesizer instrument SynthMaster 3, bringing various new features and bug fixes.
It features many different synthesis methods including VAnalog, Additive, Vector, Wavetable, Granular, Phase Modulation, Phase Distortion, Frequency Modulation, Pulse Width Modulation, Ring Modulation, Physical Modeling and SFZ Sample Playback. It comes with 3000 factory presets designed by a world class team of sound designers.
New in SynthMaster v3.3
- New Skin: Added new SM2 Green skin designed by Levent Biyikoglu. This skin resembles the older look of SynthMaster 2.
- Floating Windows (Multi Monitor) Support: Waveform / Wavetable / Multisample Editors can now be opened in separate floating windows.
- Triggering Samples with DAW Tempo: With the addition of loBPM and hiBPM tokens in SFZ specification, SynthMaster 3 can now trigger samples with the host tempo.
- Load/Create Random Keyframe Waveforms for Wavetables: Users can now create random single cycle waveforms for wave/line sources when editing wavetables.
- NKS Support for SynthMaster One / SynthMaster 2 factory presets: SynthMaster 3 can now download and install SynthMaster One / SynthMaster 2 NKS content, and they show up under SynthMaster 3 when SynthMaster 3 is run under Komplete Kontrol / Maschine.
