KV331 Audio has announced an update to its flagship software synthesizer instrument. Version 3.2 of SynthMaster 3 comes with various new features and critical bug fixes.
The update includes support for Plugin Boutique’s “Rent To Own” system, allowing customers to purchase SynthMaster 3 with monthly payments as low as $4.12 USD/month during KV331 Audio’s Spring Sale through April. Users of the synth can now also preview expansion preset banks and purchase them directly within the plugin window.
SynthMaster 3.2 also includes fixes for the following bugs/issues:
- Restore expansions doesn’t restore all expansions.
- Cloud access not working on Mac OS X.
- Routing view displays all modules on the left top corner.
- SynthMaster 2 presets with after filter distortion are not loaded correctly.
- When a SynthMaster One preset is loaded, the macros values and texts should be reset.
- SynthMaster 3 might crash after presets are downloaded from Public User Library.
- Sliced playback algorithm on samples doesn’t work correctly when engine quality is higher than Draft.
- When LFO Speed value is typed, it is not parsed correctly.
- SynthMaster 3 might crash when initializing a preset that had parameters MIDI learned previously.
- SynthMaster 3 crashes when more than 8 simultaneous regions play on a multisample.
- SynthMaster 3 doesn’t recognize ‘key’ token in sfz files.
- SynthMaster 3 crashes when user selects a sample/multisample from the waveform browser window, and then double clicks on the osc waveform view.
- SynthMaster 3 skin fonts are not installed correctly on MacOS.
- SynthMaster 3 Windows VST2 build is not compiled with optimizations.
