Load and play audio files directly in VS – Visual Synthesizer

Imaginando has announced an update to the VS – Visual Synthesizer, a plugin designed to provide an easy and intuitive way to create visuals that react to audio and MIDI.

Version 1.2.0 includes the ability to load and play audio files directly inside VS. You can also load MIDI files directly into VS.

We’ve updated the settings menu to give you greater control of render quality and performance, with ‘high resolution’ and ‘performance’ modes, plus you can now disable live animated layer thumbnails, to squeeze even more performance out of VS.

To accommodate the new file loader, we’ve tidied up the UI, grouping the record button, FPS counter and additional display buttons into a nice and neat, centred toolbar.

Available for Windows, Mac and iOS, VS – Visual Synthesizer is priced 99 EUR, or Rent-To-Own for 9.90 EUR/month for 12 months. The update is free to download for existing users.
