Loopcloud has announced a new beat competition where contestants are to flip exclusive Afro House samples into a summer anthem for a shot at $1,000 USD in plugins and recognition from Hugel.
Ready to bring the heat? The Afro House Song of the Summer competition is your chance to showcase your skills and create a sun-soaked banger that moves hearts and feet across the globe. Inspired by iconic tracks from artists like Hugel, Adam Port, &ME and Black Coffee, this challenge invites you to create an uplifting, infectious Afro House anthem using only the provided exclusive sample pack. No outside sounds – just your creativity, rhythm, and drive.
Submit your track between May 9th and June 9th for a shot at winning a plugin prize pool worth over $1,000 and major exposure from Hugel, and his label Make The Girls Dance, the official judges of the competition.
The sample pack provided exclusively by Singomakers and IQ Samples is available to download on the contest page. All submissions must be created using only the samples provided.
