Raphaël Alexandre of Mancing Dolecules has announced a complete rebuild of his touch-first live looper app that focuses on direct waveform interaction and visualization.
Originally released in 2009, the new Everyday Looper records the audio, camera, and waveforms in sync, producing a finished performance video with no setup.
You get 8 tracks that you control directly. Touch a track to record, mix, mute, merge or overdub. The first recording defines the base loop, and the other tracks stay synchronized with it.
Everyday Looper features
- 8 audio tracks with live waveforms.
- Direct touch controls for recording, mixing, muting, merging and more.
- Adaptive track lengths from 2× to 16× the base loop.
- 10-level undo and redo on each track.
- Half-speed, double-speed and reverse controls for each track.
- A built-in metronome with a count-in to start recording hands-free.
- Support for wired and wireless headphones plus compatible USB audio interfaces.
- Sample-accurate latency compensation.
The app is available from the App Store for $29.99 USD. Subscriptions are available at $2.99 USD/month or $12.99 USD/year. A free 7-day trial is available to try the looper.
