Matt Nash has announced the release of a versatile and powerful multiband distortion plugin. DST /// boasts a next-level 3D interface with proprietary distortion algorithms to deliver a unique sound.

The plugin was meticulously designed by Producer Matt Nash, based upon his years of production experience with his own music amassing over 100 million streams and producing for dance music legends such as Tiesto & Paul Oakenfold. Inspired by the original sound of Craig Anderton’s Quadrafuzz1 which was discontinued by Cubase over 10 years ago, DST brings this sound to the future to tackle the modern day producer’s desire for big distortion tones in a fast and controllable way.

DST provides three unique distortion algorithms, each with their own tone and character. Ranging from subtle saturation to overdriven destruction to give producers more options and freedom when creating. Four bands of independent distortion allow the user to choose input gain, output gain and frequency crossover to craft the perfect sound.

DST features

  • 4 independently controlled distortion bands.
  • Input / output gain per band.
  • Adjustable frequency range per band.
  • 3 unique distortion algorithms.
  • Windows 7, 10, 11 & Mac OSX 10.11 upwards.
  • Apple M1 compatibility.

DST for Windows and Mac is available in VST3 and AU plugin formats, priced 47 EUR.
