Nakst has announced its new virtual instrument Fluctus, a 3-operator synthesizer designed to be incredibly simple yet very flexible in the sounds it can produce.

The operators in Fluctus have variable brightness control arranged in a loop, allowing you to create interesting sounds with feedback. The plugin includes soft and hard saturators, a multi-mode filter (lowpass and highpass), a ping-pong delay and a phaser.

The single page user interface can be scaled (100% to 200%) and the synth includes over 60 factory patches, which are accessible from the patch browser. Oversampling (2x) is optional.

Fluctus is free to download for Windows. It comes in native FL Studio and CLAP plugin formats.
