Native Instruments has launched its new Expansion series pack created by artists and producers from across the Japanese Hip Hop scene.

Made in collaboration with adaptrook, DJ RENA, Itsuka (, midicronica 716, Phennel Kolliander and SPIN MASTER A-1, Concrete Sun offers a unique take on Hip Hop, infused with sounds of traditional Japanese instruments, including taiko, koto, and shamisen.

Hip hop transcends borders with different interpretations around the globe. CONCRETE SUN pays homage to the Japanese hip hop culture, with its heady mix of 90s aesthetics, eclectic gear, and a rich instrumental heritage.
