Native Instruments has announced the release of an update to its industry-standard software sampler and virtual instrument platform, Kontakt 8.
The latest Tool brings expressive polyphonic aftertouch directly to Kontakt, with no specialized hardware required. Shape movement, note response, and performance in entirely new ways.
This update also adds support for NKS Controller Manager, enabling compatible third-party hardware to automatically map to and control Kontakt directly, plus bug fixes and other enhancements.
The update is available for free via Native Access.
