Noisebud has introduced low-end processing plugin designed primarily for mastering, focused on adding depth rather than simply increasing bass.
Solid generates a new fundamental one octave below the existing low-frequency content, creating what the developer describes as a more natural foundation beneath the mix. Instead of aiming for a heavier or more obvious low end, the plugin is designed to make mixes feel deeper, more grounded, and more complete.
Some mixes feel right in every way, except for one thing. They’re missing that last bit of depth in the low end. Not more bass in the traditional sense. Just a little more foundation. That’s what SOLID is for.
Available in VST3 and AU plugin formats for Windows and macOS, Solid is distributed through Noisebud’s Patreon-based model ($6 USD/month, cancel any time), and as a one-time purchase for $39 USD via the Patreon shop.
