Overloud has introduced a plugin based on an exceptionally accurate emulation of the legendary Mesa Boogie Mark IIb and its matched cabinet, as played by Jim Cregan on Rod Stewart’s iconic albums and live tours.
An extremely versatile model, THU Made In Rock RodS MK IIb faithfully recreates both the Clean and Lead channels of the original amplifier, along with its iconic integrated 5-band graphic EQ.
The original amplifier is part of the Made In Rock private collection, a unique archive expanded over the last 20 years through the acquisition of amplifiers, effects, guitars, and stage gear used by legendary artists such as Jimmy Page, Black Sabbath, and Keith Richards.
Renowned for its extraordinary versatility, this amplifier delivers tones ranging from creamy, warm cleans to powerful high-gain sounds, covering everything from classic rock to ’80s and ’90s metal.
