Vilnius-based independent audio software lab Piruz Labs has announced the release of three new audio plugins for macOS and Windows (VST3/AU), two of them completely free.

The free Thrilled Groove is an ’80s horror-funk mini synth built around six one-knob mood macros: Groove, Fright, Neon, Punch, Space and Age. They dial in instant Carpenter fog, Thriller-style basslines and neon arpeggios, with factory presets across Bass, Stab, Lead, Pad, Bell and FX.
Also free is Synthimatic, a visual subtractive synth that draws the waveform and spectrum in real time as you shape the sound, with built-in hints that teach synthesis while you play. Two oscillators plus noise, a resonant filter, two envelopes and a tempo-syncable LFO.
Lastly, The Guilt Device is an emotional degradation unit: it does not repeat your sound, it remembers it incorrectly. A single Guilt knob drives reverse delay, granular smear, pitch drift and dark-chamber ambience together, with six modes and oversampling up to 4x. Built for dark ambient, industrial, doom, post-rock and cinematic scoring.
