Plughugger has introduced a new soundset for Arturia’s flagship synthesizer Pigments 6.
B1Tpolarity is built on the chaotic character of the SOMA Rumble of Ancient Times (ROAT) synthesizer – a four-oscillator digital lo-fi noise box created to explore unpredictable sonic territories inspired by the sound of early computers and game consoles from the ’80s and ’90s.
At the heart of B1Tpolarity lies the unique and unstable tone of the ROAT: buzzing drones, digital distortion and glitchy oscillators that live on the edge between order and chaotic noise. These unpredictable tones were sampled and further shaped inside Pigments. Plughugger also used the unique time stretching algorithms of the Akai S1000 sampler to create new waveforms.
The result is a collection that moves between dirty digital textures, haunting atmospheres, unstable pads and keys that sound like something is falling apart.
B1Tpolarity contains 149 presets:
- 9 Effects
- 44 Pads & Strings
- 21 Synths & Keys
- 75 Soundscapes & Textures BEAUTIFULBITS at the checkout to get the discount.
