PluginGuru releases MegaMagic: Guitars Part 1 for Omnisphere 2

PluginGuru has released MegaMagic: Guitars Part 1, a sound library for Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2, featuring recordings of 7 acoustic guitars, played by Erick Hailstone.

I love guitars – I’ve always wished I could play guitar but never did. I get jealous of the amazing dynamic range and tonal changes a guitar player can invoke just by playing with a little more fingernail or a stronger strum. So, with this wonderful addition of being able to load our own samples into Omnisphere, a simple but well recorded set of 6 samples for each string on a guitar seemed like a fun project to attempt – and it came out AMAZINGLY NICELY!
This library consists of 7 guitars in 4 different “treatments”. I am presenting these only as Multis – there are some awesome bonus patches included but the HEART and SOUL of this library is focused on these 6 patch Multis. (MegaMagic: Guitars Part 2 will be all about single samples from these guitars that make really awesome and magical “guitar-like” patches.)
