Psychic Modulation has announced an update to its software synthesizer instrument inspired by the remnants of the video age.
Version 3.0.5 of Phonec3 comes with various improvements and fixes, including full bank import from Phonec2, oscillator drift for analog-style instability between oscillators, and more.
Phonec3 embraces the haunting qualities of decay and imperfection, exploring the various facets of aging sound. Drifting tones, fragile textures, faded melodies, distant atmospheres and irregular harmonics form a palette that feels organic and evolving.
