Reason Studios has introduced a new device for the Reason Rack. Taking the range and control of a multiband distortion, Osmium Distortion Matrix pairs it with a modular core.
A matrix of nine freely routable effect slots lets you shape your own signal paths from subtle tape saturation to speaker-melting noise. Build chains the way you want using series, parallel, or feedback and instantly re-patch in seconds. Osmium comes with four distortion modules covering four main areas — Saturation, Overdrive, Wavefolder, and Bitcrush, backed by supporting effects like dynamics, filters, EQ and a bunch of creative FX.
