Replicat Audio has announced the release of a multi-effects plugin built around a deep bitcrushing and sample-rate reduction engine, paired with a flexible modulation and routing system.
Designed from the ground up to be fun to use and sound great without sacrificing any control over your sound. With massive sweet spots and powerful modulation tools you can add all the sugar you need, without any of the fat.
At its core, KingKrusher offers eight bitcrushing algorithms ranging from clean digital crunch to analog-style jitter, plus a frequency-split crush mode that lets users degrade only the low end while keeping highs and vocals intact. Beyond the crush engine, the plugin packs in over 18 effects total, including saturation, wave folding, tremolo, vibrato, wow & flutter, chorus, stereo delay with freeze, reverb, flanger, phaser, comb filter, a noise generator, stereo width control, and dynamics tools like a noise gate, auto gain, and output limiter.
Each effect section comes with its own dedicated LFO — more than 12 in total — offering free or BPM-synced rates, full phase control, and multiple waveform shapes, giving users extensive modulation options throughout the signal chain.
A standout feature is the 15-node drag-and-drop routing system, which allows any effect to be placed in any order, unlocking over 1.3 trillion possible signal chains. The plugin also includes eight real-time visualizers (oscilloscope, filter curves, saturation/wavefold transfer curve, and more), a resizable interface with three color themes, and full patch save/load support via .king files, complete with an ear-safe randomization function.
KingKrusher ships with more than 150 professional presets and 120+ automation parameters, and is available in VST3 and AU plugin formats and as standalone software for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Regularly priced €90 EUR / $105 USD, customers can get a 20% discount with coupon code REKKERD-PNRAJ8KA-20 at checkout until September 1st, 2026.
