S1gns Of L1fe has released an update to the dual-sample atmosphere engine designed for creating evolving pads, drones, cinematic beds, and other textural layers from any audio.
Version 1.1 of Texture Loom comes with various improvements and fixes.
This update makes the instrument feel much more complete as a native VST3/AU plugin. The core idea is still the same: blend two samples into evolving ambient textures, drones, and cinematic layers. But now it is easier to save sounds, shape samples, sync movement, and see what is happening while you play.
Changes in Texture Loom v1.1
- Save, load, bundle, and organize Texture Loom presets.
- Dual filters with updated Serial / Parallel routing visuals.
- Drag directly on each waveform to set sample start and end points.
- New per-sample fade buttons for cleaner sample edges.
- MIDI mode with MONO and Duo polyphonic play modes.
- Pitch and rate playback modes for each sample.
- Global pitch lock controls.
- Tighter LFO timing with DAW-synced divisions.
- Larger output control with a clearer stereo meter.
- Tons more polish, fixes, and workflow improvements.
Available in VST3 and AU plugin formats, Texture Loom is available as a “pay what you want” download, including free.
