AudioThing has announced the release of its first app for iOS. Previously available for desktop, Filterjam is a multi-band resonant filter delivering weird ringmod-like filtered sounds.
The input signal is divided into 4 bands that are then summed or multiplied together according to the selected mode. Filterjam can be very harsh or gentle, it can add brightness or depth to synth sounds, but it can also completely mangle acoustic sources.
Filterjam is now available for free in VST/VST3, AU, AAX and CLAP plugin formats and as AUv3 and standalone for iPad and iPhone.
Additionally, AudioThing is offering a 35% discount on all of its paid products as part of a holiday sale. The offer is available at the AudioThing store and from Plugin Boutique until January 2nd, 2023.
