Scuffham Amps has launched version 2.7 of S-Gear, a software amplifier design featuring guitar amps, effects, and a speaker cabinet emulation.
S-Gear is a collection of guitar amps, speaker cabinets and effects implemented in software for use with your computer, Windows PC or MAC. The software comes as a Standalone Application and as plug-ins for use with the most popular DAW (digital audio workstation) recording software.
Changes in S-Gear v2.7
- New 4×12″ speaker cabinet impulses created using a modern Mesa cabinet with V30 and G12M20 speaker configurations.
- 23 new factory presets.
- New ProConvolver option allowing ‘Z’ Control to be applied to non-speaker emulated output.
- Improvements to the Preset and Impulse lists and empty preset slots low-lighted.
