Sender Spike has introduced a free FM rompler instrument for Windows.
SN Zero is a multitimbral 32 voice polyphonic 4-op FM vector synthesizer with 61 keys and support for custom user waveforms — multi-sample instruments as well as (for now only) single cycle wave tables (Zero can load multi-frame wave tables but currently plays only the first loaded frame — well, it’s a WIP). Long story short, Zero is an FM rompler.
