Sonic Republic has announced the release of a native macOS application that brings a new level of control and clarity to the audio plugin chaos every producer knows.
Pluginize! scans and catalogs every plugin on a Mac — AU, VST, VST3, AAX, CLAP, UAD and Waves — and is the first tool of its kind to manage Waves bundles and Universal Audio plugins at the individual level, a long-standing blind spot of existing plugin managers.
Modern producers run hundreds — often thousands — of plugins across seven formats. DAWs list them in a single flat, endless menu. Existing plugin managers can only move folders: they cannot disable a single Waves bundle or a specific UAD plug-in without uninstalling it. Vendor updates wipe user organization. The AU, VST and VST3 versions of the same tool are treated as three unrelated products.
Pluginize! detects every plugin across all seven formats automatically, organizes them into 40+ smart subcategories, and lets users enable or disable individual plug-ins — including Waves and UAD — with a single click. A whitelist and auto-restore system ensures that organization survives vendor updates.
Pluginize! is a standalone application for macOS 14 Sonoma or later. It is on sale for the the early-adopter price of €49 EUR for a limited time (regular €69 EUR) and a Rent-to-Own option is available for producers who prefer to spread the payment over time.
A 15-day free evaluation copy is distributed as a separate, standalone app.
