Sonic Sidekick has released version 1.4.0 of Extreme Drumsynth, a virtual drum synthesizer plug-in for Windows.
Extreme Drumsynth is a VST Plugin for creating fully synthesized drum kits that sound real.
With Extreme Drumsynth, you create sounds using a combination of additive, subtractive, and wavetable synthesis. This creates a complex set of modes which you can shape using a flexible band pass filter and combine with filtered noise.

- Frequency range extended from 60-17k to 30-20k.
- Added ability to load/save presets from the plug-in.
- Can oversample or undersample each pad independently.
- Added 3 more realistic kits (metal kit, dry kit, punchy kit).
- Envelope curves are now linear.
- Fixed envelope distortion bug.
