Soundiron has introduced a new Kontakt instrument library designed to capture the warmth, swing, and subtlety of a masterfully played vibraphone instrument. Jazz Vibraphone aims to give you the most expressive and versatile virtual vibraphone library available.
We worked in close collaboration with Pearl USA, who provided hand-selected frames, custom bars and signature mallets. We recorded two different vibraphones in stunning detail: a 4-octave Adams Alpha with gold anodized bars, and a vintage Musser. This collection delivers the authentic sound and feel jazz vibraphonists demand – lush resonance, singing sustain, and the full range of tonal colors that make the vibes such a unique voice in jazz.
