Strömklang is celebrating the early access release of its modular synthesizer with a patch competition, inviting users to build a patch with Alpha Tapir, and share it with the community for a chance to win a perpetual license.
The most creative patches each win a perpetual Strömklang Alpha Tapir license and will be featured in the included factory preset library. We’re not looking for the most technically complex patch or the cleanest bass preset. We’re looking for the ones that make us stop and ask how you got that sound out of it. Surprise us.
Contestants can use the free trial version of Alpha Tapir to enter the competition. The winners will be announced on September 30th, 2026.
