Scott Brio has announced an update to the VST3 plugin that randomizes the parameters of any other VST3 synth you load into it.
Version 1.1.0 of Synerator comes with a redesigned GUI, a brand new preset browser, and a stack of workflow improvements based on feedback from the first wave of customers.
Producers have sounds. Producers can make sounds. But Synerator gives you something different – sounds you’d never have programmed on your own. Sounds outside your habits, your defaults, your muscle memory.
Load your favorite VST3 synth inside Synerator, lock the parameters you want to keep, set the Amount slider, and hit RANDOMIZE. Synerator generates fresh sound design ideas instantly. Lock the macros, randomize the oscillators. Lock the filter, randomize the LFOs. You stay in control. Synerator handles the experiments.
Changes in Synerator v1.1.0
- Preset Browser – save, load, and organize your randomized sounds.
- Parameter Search – find any parameter in your hosted synth instantly.
- Undo / Redo – Ctrl/Cmd+Z and Ctrl/Cmd+Y to step through randomizations.
- Revert to Preset – one-click return to your starting sound.
- MIDI CC Blacklist – exclude parameters you don’t want randomized.
- Refresh Parameters – re-scan your hosted plugin without reloading.
- Korg Parameter Skip Filter – cleaner results on Korg Collection synths.
- Wallpaper alignment + wordmark color toggle.
- Redesigned GUI.
A free update for all existing users, new customers can purchase Synerator for Windows and macOS for $19 USD for a limited time (regular $29 USD).
