TAL-Sampler gets granular engine & more in latest beta

TAL-Software has announced the release of a beta version of its TAL-Sampler plugin, adding a grain engine to the full-featured analog modeled synthesizer with a sampler engine as a sound source.

We added some more features to TAL-Sampler and decided to release a beta version first before we do the official update this time because some changes also affect parts of the engine. The update is free for all TAL-Sampler owners.

Changes in TAL-Sampler v4.4.2 beta

• Layer filter and stretch algorithms are now assigned at sample/mapping level.
• Full featured grain engine added.
• New 12dB NOTCH filter in the layer filters.
• NO FILTER option disables the filter for some resampler modes to keep high frequencies.
• Minor fixes.

New users can purchase TAL-Sampler for Windows, Mac and Linux (VST/VST3, AU, AAX and CLAP) for $60 USD + VAT at the TAL-Software store and at distributor Plugin Boutique.
