The Tone Foundry has introduced a new sound expansion for Xfer Records’ Serum 2 software synthesizer. A collection of 80 presets, DnB Roll Out is built for producers who lean toward the techier, stripped-back end of modern DnB.
Think the razor-tight low-end pressure of artists like Break, Enei, Kyrist, Molecular, and Rizzle — clean, controlled, and engineered to roll without getting messy.
The focus is on function and flow: bass patches that evolve with subtle movement, punchy stabs and percussive hits that lock into the groove, and a selection of pads, atmospheres, and FX designed to add tension without crowding the mix. Everything is tuned for that minimal-but-heavy aesthetic where space, swing, and sound design do the talking.
The soundset is on sale for the intro price of $10 USD until November 30th, 2025 (regular $49 USD).
