Two Notes Audio Engineering has announced a major update to its all-in-one amp modeler, fx suite, and virtual cabinet engine for Windows and macOS (VST3, AU, AAX and standalone).
Version 2.0 of Genome features more components, more control, and more ways to build your dream rig.
For starters, this milestone release expands GENOME beyond desktop with GENOME iOS — the full GENOME experience, reimagined for iPad. It also introduces GENOME Intro — the ultimate entry point into the GENOME ecosystem, available as a free download upon Two notes account creation.
At the centre of this expansion is Two notes Capture Studio — a free standalone capture environment built to bring your own gear into your GENOME rig. Choose your approach: create static NAM captures for CODEX, or build multi-parametric AmpNet captures for the all-new PARADEX component, preserving how your amp responds across its full control range. Capture, train offline, refine, then deploy directly into your rig with complete authority.
Beyond new platforms and capture capabilities, GENOME has been refined with intent. Shaped by real player feedback, this update delivers a tighter workflow, deeper control and serious new capability — including industry-first multi-parametric AmpNet capture playback via PARADEX, Global Transpose, a new-and-improved rig browser, a new wave of stock TSM-Ai amplifiers and much more.
Genome 2.0 is available to purchase for the intro price of $89.99 USD at Plugin Boutique and from the Two Notes store until June 25th, 2025 (regular $129.99 USD).
