Universal Audio has introduced a new UAD plugin that delivers an end-to-end emulation of the vintage multiband “compansion” processor famous for instantly pushing vocals straight to the front of any mix.
Exclusively available for Apollo audio interfaces and UAD hardware, the A-Type Multiband Dynamic Enhancer plugin brings the iconic Air, Excite, and Expand effects used on classic albums from Queen and AC/DC to Journey and Fleetwood Mac.
Plus, creators can get explosive compression effects with Crush and Gated modes, noise reduction decoding, and plugin only features with the circuit mods panel.
