Witech has announced an update to its drum sampler and sequencer instrument for Windows and macOS. Version 4 of TheDrumSource adds various new features and support for additional sample formats.
TheDrumSource is a highly versatile sample-based drum machine with sequencer. Designed for both novice and professional musicians, it provides a streamlined and intuitive interface, ensuring a quick and efficient workflow.
Changes in TheDrumSource 4
- Tempo knob in standalone mode.
- Loop knob in standalone mode to let the drum machine automatically change pattern.
- Paint function for sequencer buttons.
- MIDI export when using Windows (see MIDI file in C:\ProgramData\Witech\TheDrumSource).
- Copy button which makes it possible to copy patterns.
- Smart algorithm for browsing sample files.
TheDrumSource 4 is free to download in VST3 and AU plugin formats.
