Zero-G has announced the release of a synthesized brass library designed for trailers, action, and hybrid scores. Epic Brass for Kontakt aims to bring pure, unbridled power into your tracks.
Every sound in Epic Brass was synthesized from scratch by Ergo Kukke, through years of experimentation and meticulous design. There are no sampled horns here—just raw, custom-built aggression crafted to perfection. The result? A sound impossible to create with traditional brass instruments.
This library is designed for maximum cinematic impact, excelling at thunderous sustains, ferocious staccatos, and epic layering that make it ideal for hybrid scores such as trailers, industrial, sci-fi, and action projects. Weighing in at 14 GB, it features 16 individually crafted multi-sampled instruments—13 of which are velocity sensitive—alongside 60 hand-crafted convolution reverbs. Users can access all layers individually as .nki files or combined in one master .nki for a powerful mega mix.
Available for the full version of Kontakt 7.10.7 or higher, Epic Brass is on sale for the intro price of $50 USD until October 9th, 2025 (regular $69.95 USD). The offer is available at the Zero-G store and from Best Service.
