Image-Line has announced version 11.02 of FL Studio, the music production software for Windows.

FL Studio 11 was our biggest release ever, with over 1 million hits on our site in the first hour after release. And so, we are happy to announce the 11.0.2 update that includes some cool new features and fixes.

Whitebox Synth Makers has announced the release of Key Pad, a sound library for Ableton Live.

I’ve taken some samples off the Live 8 Ambient and Evolving Racks and put them into a Live 9 Intro rack to make a bifocal instrument that sweeps from an upfront keyboard sound reminiscent of a Witchitaw Lineman Fender Rhodes to a distant trippy FX pad that sounds like it’s straight out of Unknown Pleasures. It’s lush and magnificent.

Ueberschall has released Future Garage, a new soundbank for the Elastik Player.

Future Garage combines 2-step, dubstep, deep house and dub techno in a unique style. Far away from the mainstream, these four construction kits create hypnotic, dark and relaxed ambiences ranging from 118 to 138 BPM.

Future Garage is an excellent library for modern and contemporary music production. Find authentic loop-material and similarly inspiring groove-ideas here. Besides music productions, this library is a terrific choice for trailers, jingles and dubbing.

Future Garage has been produced with great attention to detail. The sound bank is 700 MB in size and offers heavy ultra deep sub-basslines, wobbling pads, widespread choruses and loose, broken drums. Among the 139 loops, ranging from 8 to 16 bars length, you will find mix- and backing-parts, drum-mixes as well as loops of bass drum, snare/clap, hi-hat, percussions, bass, synths and FX. Additionally the 69 single sounds can easily be combined to new drum patterns. Individual tracks are available for each of the four construction kits, allowing for complete re-arrangements and new constructions. To offer further flexibility, the kits are also divided into subfolders such as intro, a-part, b-part and outro.

Soundtrack Loops has announced the release of Deep Chill and Melodic EDM MIDI, two new sound libraries.

Soundtrack Loops and producer Adrian Walther paired up to bring you Deep Chill, a set of royalty free loops contains 10 construction kits for producing Chillout, Ambient, Deep House, Trip Hop, Cinematic, and Downtempo. Sounds include basses, synths, bells, percussion, strings, guitars, snares, high hats, and kicks. 75 loops.

Melodic EDM MIDI is a set of a melodic musical performances and transitions in the form of both loops and MIDI files. Sound loops include pianos, strings, guitars, brass, pads, drums, percussion, SFX, build ups, risers, and more. Tempo and key information in file names as well as meta-data.
