5Pin Media launches Percussive Progressive & Techno by Adam Christie

5Pin Media has released a new sample pack titled Percussive Progressive & Techno, a collaboration with Newcastle talent Adam Christie aka Adison and Rhythm Distrkt.

Rarely does a producer breach the scene with such a distinct level of quality from the get-go. It’s apparent that Adam Christie bears bright potential and strong promise for the world of dance music. The Newcastle native has already accomplished some seriously commendable feats in his career, from winning a remix competition with Under No Illusion (beating 254 other entrants) and becoming the A&R for a top 20 Beatport label, to playing for Yousef’s ‘Circus’ brand and having his reboot of ‘Elso’ championed by Richy Ahmed as his Circoloco summer anthem.
Drawing inspiration from his love for raw and gripping electronic sounds from crucial periods in dance music history, his sound is reminiscent of such artists as Octave One, The Prodigy and Derrick May, and heavily features essences of early Rave, Jungle and Breakbeat; all of which are fused into a unique Detroit Techno outer shell.
