Noiiz has released Retrofuturism, the debut collection from newly signed creator Pat Pardy from acclaimed electronic duo Evil Nine. The pack offers a retrospective nod to the 80’s electronic style.
Taking inspiration from composers including John Carpenter, Vangelis, Alan Howarth and Fabio Frizzi, and film soundtracks from the likes of Escape From New York, The Sorcerer, Halloween, Day Of The Dead, Blade Runner, Tron and Drive.
This bespoke collection of loops & samples has been expertly designed and programmed using the finest in warm analogue synthesis and outboard modular processing, including Mutable Instruments Braids, MFB OSC-03, Roland D50, Roland JD800, Korg Mono Poly, Korg Minilogue, Roland Juno 106, Oberheim Matrix 6 and Roland JV1080.
Expect to hear warm analogue bass and evolving synth patterns along with a wide range of drum and percussion hits from one of the masters and true innovators of the electronic music scene.
