Loopmasters has launched Dave Seaman Electronic Underground 2, a collection of electronic sounds from one if the industry’s longest-serving and well-respected Producer/DJs.
Dave Seaman is a name synonymous with the forefront of electronic music – having devoted almost every weekend over the last 20 years to moving dancefloors from Ibiza to Iceland. Dave has played the world’s most recognised festivals and clubs in more than 80 countries throughout his career. Along with crafting beats for Kylie Minogue and Pet Shop Boys, everyone from David Bowie to New Order and U2 to Michael Jackson have received the Dave Seaman remix treatment. As busy as ever, he continues to create with releases enjoying both critical acclaim and chart supremacy!
Following the success of Dave Seaman’s Electronic Underground, Dave was only too happy to return to the Loopmasters series for round two. This time he’s concentrated on sounds from his label Selador Recordings, with influences from a myriad of genres, and on a wider range of styles. You’ll find a professional showcase of quality sounds throughout – expect to hear everything from Deep House to Techno and all shades in-between.
This collection features 770MB of content with superbly chunky Basslines, driving Drums, melodic Synths and energetic tops to give your tracks the edge. 174 Loops are included, with over 300 One Hits ready to sequence and arrange in your own way, with Kicks, Snares, Hats, Percs, bass, Synths and FX. 10 Multi Sampled Instruments have been included for you to play as they were originally intended, with a total of 70 Sampler Patches pre-formatted and immediately compatible with your favourite daw.
At tempos from 120-127BPM, Dave Seaman Electronic Underground 2 is ideal for House, Techno, Electronica and its numerous incarnations. Each melodic element is key-labelled for instant integration in your mixes.
Dave explains “The gear used includes a JU-06– a boutique synth from Roland and a new creation based on the Juno 106, which adds real grittiness to the sound and features the magical Chorus of the original. Also used was a Moog Minotaur – a powerful 2 oscillator monophonic synth, perfect for bass sounds and growls. For in the box processing I enlisted the help of plugins from Brainworx and UAD; which are studio staples these days, offering very accurate software versions of some analogue gear”.
