Rast Sound has announced the release of two new sample libraries.
The Master Duduk is a sample library recorded with talented Alafsar Rahimov from Azerbaijan, bringing the unique sounds of a Duduk (Balaban).
Masdter Duduk offers playable solo articulations and a wealth of rare performances and patterns.
“Armenian musicologists cite evidence of the duduk’s use as early as 1200 BC, though Western scholars suggest it is 1,500 years old. The sound of the duduk has become known to wider audiences through its use in popular film soundtracks like Avatar, Hotel Rwanda, Pirates of the Caribbean & many more.”
Master Duduk comes with over 1GB of content in Kontakt and Wav formats, with over 300 samples. It includes 4 solo styles with keyswitches, patterns, a phrase builder, and performances.
The library is on sale for the intro price of 29 EUR until March 24th, 2020 (regular 39 EUR).
Also available is Black Sea Flutes, a sample library featuring 2 unique flutes from the Black Sea Region: Zurna & Tutek.
This collection features multiple playable solo styles, performances, patterns and a phrase builder.
