Splice has released some new sample collections on its Splice Sounds label.
Tisoki “The Sounds U Need!” Sample Pack — Tisoki is a producer from the UK whose prominence in the electronic music scene has been proven by his impressive catalog of dance floor anthems and melody-driven songs.
Sampling his taste from a selection of different styles, Tisoki’s pallet has led to creations that exercise his prowess in dubstep and other bass-heavy genres, while also indulging in a more eclectic variety of music.
With several packs on Splice, Tisoki presents his personal, custom Serum presets featuring loads of bass loops from aggressive to mellow, crunchy to deep, classic to brostep, and beyond. Plus, leads, FX, percussion, and chord progressions. He also included MIDI clips emanating his signature sound.
Pat Lok’s Heart Beats Vol. 2 — In the second volume of his Heart Beats pack, Pat Lok shares the sounds of future funk, house, disco, and downtempo dance rhythms.
Find groovy drum loops, FX builds, arpeggio one-shots, wobbles, rayguns, lasers, turntable scratches, bells, harps, and way more. It’s an eclectic pack for any downtempo, nu-disco, or dance track that shimmers.
King Doudou Worldwide Radio Vol. 2 Sample Pack — As a fan of rap and reggae music, producer and DJ, King DouDou takes the newest iterations and subgenres of those styles and mixes them with traditional rhythms from all around the world.
He combines the sounds of rap, dancehall, Brazilian baile funk, and more. His second Splice pack is buzzing with energy to give your productions an extra kick.
Jafunk’s Future Funk & Soul Vol. 3 — Jafunk is back with even funkier grooves, playful bass, soulful chords, and melodies that make you wish bell bottoms would make a(nother) comeback.
FX loops feature funky wobbles, disco lasers, upbeat risers, and more. Drum loops range from grainy to full. You’ll also find loads of bass, synch, and lead loops, plus the right one-shots to craft your own disco dance hit…or anything with that soul and funk flare.
OMG RONNY Kit V1 — Rap producer Ronny J was born Ronald J. Spencer, Jr. in New Jersey in 1992. Spencer grew up more interested in art and architecture than music, but after relocating to the Miami area for college, he began experimenting with music production and beat-making.
He discovered he had a talent for it and quickly fell in with the Miami hip-hop collective C9, a group of artists led by Denzel Curry.
His raw, experimental, and often lo-fi beats had a unique essence, and his tracks soon became the backdrops for hit flows from big names in the burgeoning trap scene such as Lil Pump and XXXTENTACION. He also worked with artists such as Ski Mask the Slump God, Smokepurpp, Keith Ape, and others before signing a deal with Atlantic in 2017.
His debut mixtape, OMGRONNY, appeared in 2018 alongside singles like “WOTR” and “Doesn’t Matter.” J continued to find success the following year with collaborative tracks like the Ty Dolla $ign and Rich the Kid-assisted “Lights Out” and “Stack It Up” featuring Lil Pump.
