Ginger Audio has recently launched its GroundControl virtual audio driver software for Mac. Besides the free Cube application, two commercial products are on offer.
GroundControl Caster is designed to route and mix audio for live streams. It allows you to combine audio from your microphone, input devices, and application sources, and mix them together for your stream. Caster works with up to 8 application source inputs, up to 3 physical audio inputs, and up to 8 configurable virtual drivers.
GroundControl Room is a standalone control room application for studios that lets you control and route the audio between any audio devices available in your system as well as GC virtual drivers. You can process the audio with AU plugins, monitor and mix, all in a single application.
Sounds interesting? You can download a free 7-day trial version and check it out on your system. The applications are available for macOS 10.13–10.15.7 or macOS 11 Big Sur (supports Intel and M1 processors).
Even better, we’re giving away 3 licenses of both GroundControl Caster and Room! For a chance to win, leave a comment below and let us know which one you would like to win. We will pick 6 random winners will from all entries submitted before July 4th, 2021, 11.59pm CET. Good luck!
