Bunker Samples has released its new Kontakt instrument library Bunker Strings Vol. 2, a complete modern string texture library that aims to give you everything you need to write with cutting edge string textures.
The instrument features a density slider which lets the user control the density of the texture by changing section size on the fly, morphing seamlessly between 3 to 9 players.
Bunker Strings Vol. 2 picks up where Vol. 1 left off, giving you even more modern and highly playable string textures.
Featuring violins, violas, cellos, basses and a full ensemble patch, Bunker Strings Vol. 2 will add new and never before sampled articulations to your template. Recorded deep underground in an old WWII bomb shelter converted into a studio, the sound is detailed, crisp and dry, making it easy to blend Bunker Strings with your existing libraries. Featuring some of Scandinavia’s finest musicians and even more articulations than vol. 1, the sounds on offer range from ethereal beauty to dark and gritty. The shorts in the library are inspired by Jonny Greenwood’s score for There Will Be Blood, all based on the use of guitar plectrums on strings.
Bunker Strings is sure to inspire your string writing for years to come.
Bunker Strings Vol. 2 for the full version of Kontakt is available at an introductory price of $49 until September 30th, 2021. The regular price is $79 USD.
