Since emerging in the 90s, neurofunk has been the wild child of drum & bass throughout two decades, showcased by some of the biggest names in the scene. That’s why at THICK Sounds we are always pleased to highlight this hell of a subgenre! And this new release makes no exception. From the heavier and broken side to a more progressive and out-of-the-box vibe, Neurofunk Showdown intends to cover the full diversity of neurofunk.
Influenced by artists like Black Sun Empire, Mefjus, Noisia, Audio, Emperor, Ed Rush, and Prolix to name a few, this new pack is designed for producers who are looking for saturated nasty basslines, overdriven heavy drums, and techy synths with a subtle touch of funk.
