Jon Meyer has announced the release of a new Prototypes series library for Native Instruments Kontakt, featuring the sounds of Grant Pittman’s harmonium.
The sample library features 3 velocity layers, and dynamics and release controls on the front panel.
Last fall I visited the home studio of Grant Pittman. Be sure and check out his amazing collection of vintage keyboards in my recent tour of Grant’s studio.
We spent a few hours sampling his Harmonium, which is now available as a playable instrument in Kontakt 5.8+. Keep in mind that it will only work in the full (paid) version of Kontakt, not the free Kontakt Player.
The Harmonium and other unique Prototypes series instruments are available to download free of charge.
