Loopmasters has introduced a new sample pack by Dutch DJs and music production duo Lars Dales and Maarten Smeets aka Dam Swindle. Released on the Beatport Sounds label, The Swindle Sound delivers a selection of loops and one shots from their production vault.
Curating a new pack for Beatport Sounds, Dam Swindle are now opening their production vault to producers worldwide for the first time. Entitled ‘The Swindle Sound’, this fresh collection sees the pair follow on from industry legends such as Kevin Saunderson, DJ Krust and Demuir in collecting some of their most inspired studio material, with a special focus on sounds fundamental and essential to house production.
Gloriously deep basslines, creative percussion and emotive keys are some of the elements that reflect the broad palette of sounds championed by Dam Swindle. Recorded in studio-quality, dancefloor friendly 44,1Khz that mirror the warmth of their productions, the 284 MB of loops and hits collected in the pack span both electronic and acoustic sources. The result is rhythmic possibilities, while chord progressions from classic hardware such as the Rhodes electric piano lean into melody.
The sample pack is priced £24.95 GBP, with parts also sold separately from £6.95 GBP.
