FeelYourSound has announced an update to its specialized songwriting tool that turns any chord progression into uplifting melodies, driving arpeggios, deep basslines, and memorable hooks.
Version 1.2.0 of TranceEngine comes with new Psytrance presets and some other additions and improvements.
If you don’t have your own chord progression yet, TranceEngine can generate one for you. Different progression algorithms make it easy to start a new song from scratch.
Version 1.2 contains a lot of new MIDI generator presets for all Psytrance styles (Progressive, Full On, Tribal, Forest, Hi-Tech,…). The plug-in is also suitable for any other Trance styles.
Changes in TranceEngine v1.2.0
- New preset family: psy bass triplets.
- New preset family: psy bass triplets on scale root.
- New preset family: psy multi octave melody.
- New preset family: psy minimal melody.
- New preset family: arpeggio on scale root.
- New preset family: psy sequence on scale root.
- New preset family: psy blocks on scale root.
- New chord progression generator: “2 or 4 bars Psytrance”.
- Less static Supersaw preview sound.
- New alternative way for preset switching: Click on a MIDI preview to change the preset.
- Pentatonic scales removed from the chord progression scale choice menu (only for new songs). Reason: Too many generator presets require a “full” scale.
TranceEngine for Windows and Mac (VST/VST3, AU) is priced $52 USD / 49 EUR for the Standard version and $416 USD / 392 EUR for the Pro version. The update is free for all customers.
