Elevated Trance has returned with the 4th installment of the Modern Tech Trance series of sound packs, bringing a fresh batch of 20 construction kits with WAV and MIDI files, and synth presets for Spire and Serum.
Modern Tech Trance, an evolution of the classic Tech Trance genre, stands as a testament to how electronic music can evolve over time while remaining rooted in its foundational elements. Developing from the late 2010s onwards, Modern Tech Trance builds on traditional techno and trance fusion, integrating elements from other genres like progressive house and psytrance.
This subgenre retains the high energy and driving beats of classic Tech Trance, usually within the 130-140 beats per minute range, but it’s characterized by a more polished and sophisticated production quality. The intricate rhythmic structures and hypnotic synth patterns are still present, but there is a greater emphasis on atmospheric soundscapes and innovative sound design, often resulting in a more immersive and dynamic listening experience.
