Acon Digital has announced an update to its solution for audio editing, post-production, podcast creation, mastering, and audio repair.
Delivering both rock-solid performance and unparalleled sonic quality, Acoustica now comes with ARA support in the industry-standard Pro Tools DAW (version 2024.10 and later). This new deeper integration enables a much faster workflow, eliminating the need to roundtrip audio between the two applications.
To celebrate Pro Tools ARA compatibility for Acoustica, a brand new Acoustica Essentials ARA plugin is now available free to Pro Tools Artist, Studio, and Ultimate customers with active subscriptions and perpetual upgrade plans, enabling a variety of audio issues to be fixed quickly and transparently at no extra cost.
Addressing a wide range of audio production challenges, Acoustica excels in cleaning up recordings by removing noise, clicks, and pops, and restoring audio to pristine quality. The onboard deep learning tools can rescue dialogue with background noise, making it ideal for post-production work. Additionally, Acoustica supports multi-track editing, allowing for precise adjustments and seamless integration of various audio elements.
Alongside the fast and intuitive audio editor, Acoustica Premium Edition boasts advanced features like spectral editing with powerful retouch algorithms and multi-channel support up to Dolby Atmos 7.1.2. The Acoustica 7.7 update introducing Pro Tools ARA support is available now, free to download for existing Acoustica 7 owners via their account on the Acon Digital website.
New customers can purchase Acoustica at the Acon Digital store and from distributor Plugin Boutique. Upgrades are for users of older Acoustica versions. Pro Tools users can download Acoustica Essentials now through Avid Link or via their online Avid Account.
