Acustica Audio has released an update to its compressor effect plugin endorsed by Greg Wells.
El Ray 2 offers a faster, more accurate compression experience with minimal CPU consumption, ensuring the most improved and precise compression to date.
The resolution of the compressor has been ‘boosted’, providing precise and controlled handling of transients. Our new optimized engine now recalculates variables at the sampling frequency, ensuring predictable behavior and, thanks to the oversampling, we also achieve unmatched accuracy and improved audio quality.
El Rey 2’s innovative De-Bumpify feature effectively reduces the “bumping” effect and increases gain for low frequencies. This control is especially useful for stereobus and mastering purposes, allowing you to bypass the bump on the preamp and achieve the desired sound. New stereo controls that provide the ability to work in stereo unlinked or midside.
The plugin is on sale for the intro price of 99 EUR until July 27th, 2023 (regular 269 EUR).
