Antelope Audio has announced that its Edge Strip bundle comprising the dual input microphone preamplifier and the Edge modelling microphone, will be making its debut during a must-see showcase at The 2018 NAMM Show.
Discrete MP is a dual input microphone preamplifier specially designed for the Edge modeling microphone. The unit features 48V phantom power, calibration oscillator, two line outs and two inputs on combo XLR / TRS connectors.
Antelope Audio’s team of engineers lead by founder Igor Levin designed Discrete MP to perfectly match the frequency response of the Edge Modeling Microphone. The preamp is completely analog and features the same transistor schematic, which is the heart and soul of the Discrete line of interfaces.
Edge Strip will be shipping in March 2018 with a projected price of 1,295 EUR.
