Audible Genius has released an update to its synth training software. Version 2.3 of Syntorial introduces a new feature called Remakes, which allows users to recreate iconic synth sounds from well-known songs as ear-training challenges.
Syntorial is a video game-like training software, that will teach you how to program synthesizers all by ear. With Remakes, users can now recreate synth patches from classic and contemporary songs across multiple genres and decades. Patch challenges can be sorted by artist, genre, decade, patch type, and Syntorial difficulty, and you can receive instant feedback and scores after submitting each patch.

All Remakes challenges are included for free and available in the free Syntorial app, making this feature accessible to all users. Syntorial owners can download the latest update from their online account, while new users can download the free Syntorial app.
