AudioThing has released version 1.2.1 of Hand Clapper, a synthesizer plugin dedicated to claps sounds.

Hand Clapper is a drum synthesiser dedicated to claps sounds. The internal design is inspired by a famous Japanese percussion synthesiser from the ’80.

There are three internal noise sources that are used to recreate the classic sound of vintage analog drum machines. It’s also possible to load external samples and sculpt them with the same circuit emulation.

Changes in Hand Clapper v1.2.1

  • Fixed Custom Sample Name not showing on some DAW.
  • Added One Shot mode and fixed attack/release clicks.
  • Improved CPU performance.

Hand Clapper for Windows and Mac (VST/AU/AAX) is available for purchase from AudioThing and distributor Plugin Boutique for 25 EUR. The update is now available to Hand Clapper users.
